BMO Premium CashBack MasterCard credit card details and credit card application link.

The BMO Premium CashBack MasterCard is a financial product intended for customers who prefer to receive rebates to their accounts. The card is accepted at close to 30 million locations around the world, and its chip technology provides further protection against fraud and any unauthorized use. With the added convenience of MasterCard PayPass, customers can make small purchases by simply tapping their card.

The cash back card goes with an annual fee of $49 and interest rate of 19.5 percent (for additional $35, clients enjoy a lower rate of 12.9 percent). Card holders earn 1 percent cash back on all purchases, up to 25 percent rental discounts at Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental, and 3 percent cash back for purchases in Shell, Alamo Rent A Car, and National Car Rental. Among the included features, clients enjoy extended warranty insurance and purchase protection, saving them the cost of additional warranty insurance. Most items are insured against damage for ninety days after they have been purchased. Under the zero dollar liability, customers are not liable for unauthorized purchases made on their behalf, over the phone, online, or in person. Customers are not held responsible if they did not facilitate the card’s unauthorized use knowingly, took care to keep it safe, and stored their PIN safely and separately from the credit card. In addition to the zero dollar liability, the BMO identity theft assistance IDefence is a program intended to offer information on prevention of identity theft and assistance. Customers, who travel around the world, can rely on the MasterCard Global Service for all card-related inquiries and needs. Travel representatives offer assistance with regard to accessing account details and applicable benefits, locating ATMs that accept MasterCard, lost and stolen cards, emergency cash advances and replacement cards. When you travel outside of Canada and your card is stolen or lost, you are entitled to emergency funds of up to $1000 or a replacement card. You should simply visit a cash advance location, card replacement center, or any financial institution that offers MasterCard. There are plenty of convenient options to pay your bills: at an ATM, by pre-authorized order, by phone, mail, online, or at any branch of the Bank of Montreal. The toll-free customer service is operated in English, French, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Customers who want to look at other credit card options may check the MBNA Smart Cash Platinum Plus MasterCard Credit Card. This financial product is offered with no annual fee, 19.99 percent interest on cash advances and purchases, and 19.99 percent on balance transfers. Note that 1 percent fee applies to cash advances and balance transfers. The credit limit is in the amount of up to $100,000, and there is $1 cash back on purchases. The grace period is 21 days if the balance shown on the card holder’s statement is paid in full. All rewards are credited to the holder’s account once a year.
