The AMEX Business Platinum Card gives many opportunities to earn bonus points, but in order to be eligible for these, you must be a member of the Membership Rewards program and charge all items and services to an active Business Platinum Card. The annual fee is $450. If purchases exceed $10,000 over the course of one billing cycle (12 months), you earn 5000 bonus points, which are credited to the rewards account up to two months after the billing cycle ends.
